Answer:

Explanation:

Ethos, Pathos, Logos in the Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass

Infographic to display Ethos, Pathos and Logos

LOGOS

Douglass makes a convincing argument due to his well-written, logical account. He uses sophisticated vocabulary along with specific, verifiable names and geographic locations. He writes fairly and gives credit where it is due in order to avoid accusations of unjust bias.

PATHOS

Douglass describes the cruel beatings slaves received in vivid detail. His eloquent language inspires pity in the reader. His accounts are most powerful when he describes witnessing the abuse of others as a terrified child. He writes, "No words, no tears, no prayers, from his gory victim, seemed to move his iron heart from its bloody purpose...I was quite a child, but I remember it. I shall never forget it whilst I remember anything."

ETHOS

Douglass's narrative begins with a preface by well-known abolitionist William Lloyd Garrison and a letter from abolitionist Wendell Phillips. These respected men act as witnesses, testifying to Douglass's good character. Douglass also builds his credibility by refusing to believe in superstitions and depicting himself as a hard-working, intelligent, church-going Christian

Explanation:

Movies are everywhere these days becoming a coping mechanism for thousands of people. Its certain that they are endless, right? So what makes us choose a specific one?

Thats when trailers play their role.A good movie trailer is itself a mini-story, designed to sell the much bigger story of the movie. It gives us the location the so much desired plot ,the people who star in it but most importantly it provides us the "feel"which soon enough attracts us to the unknown rest of it.Enough talking in general,l want to talk about "A dogs purpose"not only a beautiful movie but also a very immaculate trailer.Yes thats right it sounds funny enough to be interested in what a dogs purpose is.But since that trailer started with questoning the meaning of life itself ,our purpose on this world, this brought back many unsolved memories, questions from my childhood nearly like a hurricane .I wanted to know again,i was that curious little child again and answering those questions with a talking dogs life in it? Trust me there was nothing that could please that child inside me more.It attracted me ,knowing how a dog could live so many lives ,learn so many lessons by just being needed and worth it in its owners house. It made me want to know my purpose too...or at least get motivation to find it.By that point i knew the movie was gonna be amazing, with all the changes the difficulties of going through so many personalities,i just knew this dog was gonna learn a lot and was also gonna live his lives to the fullest, that means with all the sad parts as well.

Overall i have to say that as much as 2 minutes of a mini movie , affected infinity more minutes of my life
