$64 is 80% of $80. To find how many percent of $80 is $64. $64/$80 = 0.8 or 80% To find how many percent of decrease, just subtract 80-64=16; $16/$80= 0.2 or 20%

What is the ratio of the perimeter of ΔHKO to the perimeter of ΔFGO
slamgirl [31]

I think you meant to say the ratio of the areas (not perimeters). Also, HKO and FGO are not showing up, so it seems like a different problem. I'm going to answer the question you posted in the image attachments.

The triangle ABC has area 12 since

A = b*h/2 = 4*6/2 = 24/2 = 12

Triangle CEF has area 48 because

A = b*h/2 = 8*12/2 = 96/2 = 48

The ratio of the areas is found by dividing the area of ABC over the area of CEF (as the last box instructs) so we have 12/48 = 1/4

Therefore, the area of ABC is 1/4 that of the area of CEF

----------------------

In summary,

Answer for the first box: 12

Answer for the second box: 48

Answer for the third box: 1/4

A is (-2,-5) A’is a glide relection where the translation is (x,y) Is(x+7,y) the line of reflection is y=2 What are the coordina
erma4kov [3.2K]

Answer: A' (5,9)

Step-by-step explanation:

1. You have that the translation is (x,y)⇒(x+7,y) and the coordinates of A is (-2,5). Then:

A(-2+7,-5)⇒A(5,-5)

2. As you can see, -5 is 7 units below of the line of reflection y=2, therefore, you can know the coordinates of A' as following:

A'(5,7+2)\\A'(5,9)

3. Then, the coordinates of A' is (5,9)
