The frontal lobe and the medulla oblongata

Explanation:

The frontal lobe because it is devoted to action of reasoning or Prefrontal Synthesis.  

The medulla oblongata contains the cardiac, respiratory, vomiting and vasomotor centers and therefore deals with the autonomic functions of breathing, heart rate and blood pressure. So if you are telling a lie your heart rate will increase and therefore that zone might light up
