In a good multi-paragraph essay, showing everything you know about good, strong, clear writing, answer the following question. U

se generous examples from your novel reading to support your ideas (You do not need to quote and cite, but refer to examples and instances from the book). Your instructor will use all parts of the 6+1 rubric to assess your writing.
Carefully consider the experience of the main character, protagonist, from your novel. Discuss his or her coming of age experience: what built up to his/her experience; how did he/she change; what did he/she learn; and are these learnings of universal value to the readers who read this book?

Match the checklist question with the step of the writing process it belongs to:
yarga [219]
The correct matches  of the questions to the step in writing would be as follows:

A. What voice am I writing in?
This question would most likely be drafting. It is the step where the author would begin to develop the text, organizing the thoughts he wants to have.

B. Are my sentence boundaries identified correctly (no fragments or run-ons)?
This would be the editing step where you proofread the whole text looking at errors especially structural errors.

C. Have I kept voice and tense the same throughout?
This would represent the revising step where you make a run through to each sentence and see whether you are being consistent with the use of words.

D. What is my purpose?
This would be the planning step. The very first step in writing would planning on what to write and what you would like to convey to the readers.

E. What is my evidence (and where will I get it)?
This would be the pre-writing stage where you collect your sources for the subject you want to write.

Why orchestras are seeing dwindling audiences?
liubo4ka [24]

Answer:

For many orchestras, the traditional subscriber base is declining. It is important for orchestras to understand why people become subscribers so that this market segment can be replaced. This exploratory research was designed to ascertain the age of first concert attendance and motivation for first concert attendance for two audience groups of the Philharmonia Orchestra in London. The two groups were (1) subscribers, and (2) audience members who did not subscribe and had no other involvement with the orchestra. The responses to questions on age and motivation were compared in an attempt to understand why some individuals became subscribers while others attended concerts but did not become further involved with the orchestra. The hypothesis was that subscribers started to attend while young and that early exposure resulted in continued and frequent attendance throughout life.
