If the president dies, or is removed from office the vice president will become president, knowing that a president can only serve 2 terms, if the President dies and the vice president has already served 2 terms as president before does it go down to the next eligible person or are they able to become president again?

Yes it is possible though it hasn’t happened it is possible the most a person can be president is 10 years.
