The correct option is C

Vladimir Lenin was a politician, philosopher, revolutionary, political theorist and Russian communist. Leader of the Bolshevik sector of the Social Democratic Labor Party of Russia, he became the main leader of the October Revolution of 1917. In 1917 he was appointed president of the Council of People's Commissaries (Sovnarkom), becoming the first and maximum leader of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) in 1922. Politically Marxist, his contributions to Marxist thought are called Leninism.

He was the main Bolshevik leader of the October Revolution of 1917. Already in power, Lenin proceeded to implement various reforms that included the transfer to the State or Soviet workers of control of property and land in the hands of the aristocracy, the old crown or landowners. Faced with the threat of an invasion by the German Empire, he signed a peace treaty that led to the departure of Russia from the First World War. In 1921, Lenin's government established the New Economic Policy, which combined socialist and capitalist elements and initiated the process of industrialization and recovery of the country after the Russian civil war, a tough conflict that included the participation of fourteen foreign nations against the new Soviet state.

garik1379 [7]

Well Montesquieu admired England John Locke (i think) Who was a famous liberal and empiricist of a preceding generation. And he was influenced by the great Isaac Newton  physics and believed in a god that had made those laws. But he believed humanity had a free will. and god did not direct human affairs . He believed a god who controlled humans as puppets would not have made them smart
