<span>The product rule for exponents states that to multiply powers with the same base add their exponents. The term “powers” refers to numbers written in exponential form, such as 3^4. “Base” refers to the number that is being raised to the power, and it appears directly to the left of exponent. For instance, in 3^4, the 3 is the base, and the 4 is the exponent, or power.
Hope this helps

Hello!

You can't use the product of powers rule because the numbers do not have exponents

If they did have exponents you still won't be able to use it because the bases have to be the same

Hope this helps!

xxTIMURxx [149]

Answer:

A) Discount on Cash price. ($9,000 )

B) Cash Price. ($51,000 )

C) Amount Payable. ($51,000 )

D ) Hire Purchase Price ($66,000 )

E ) Difference between the Hire Purchase price and the Cash Price. ($15,000 )

Step-by-step explanation:

The following is the workings:

The GT Missouri marked price = $60,000

If paying cash,

Discount = 15%

(15/ 100 ) x $60,000 = $9,000

Actual Price (less discount) = $60,000 - $9000 = $51,000

If hire purchase,

Firstly, 30% marked price,

= (30/100) x $60,000 = $18,000

Monthly payment = $1000

Period = 4 years = 4 x 12 = 48 months

Total monthly payment,

$1000 x 48 = $48, 000

Therefore, total hire purchase payment

Monthly payment + initial 30% payment

= $18,000 + $48,000 = $66,000

Difference between hire purchase and cash price,

= $66,000 - $51,000 = $15,000

The polygons in each pair are similar find the scale factor smaller figure to the larger
Delvig [45]

Answer:

smaller figure/larger figure = ½

Step-by-step explanation:

The scale factor = any of the side length of the smaller figure / the corresponding side length of the larger figure

Side length of smaller figure = 3

Corresponding sides length of larger figure = 6

Scale factor = smaller figure/larger figure = 3/6

Simplify

Scale factor = smaller figure/larger figure = ½
