B) Grand Canyon

D) Devil's Tower

E) Pelican Island

The Grand Canyon is a steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado River in Arizona, United States.

Devil's Tower is a laccolithic butte made of igneous rock in the Bear Lodge Mountains  near Hulett and Sundance in Crook County, northeastern Wyoming, above the Belle Fourche River.

Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge is a United States National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) which is part of the Everglades Headwaters NWR complex, located just off the western coast of Orchid Island in the Indian River Lagoon east of Sebastian, Florida. It was established by an executive order of President Theodore Roosevelt on March 14, 1903. Pelican Island was the first National wildlife refuge in the United States.

Theodore Roosevelt is often considered the "conservationist president." Conservation increasingly became one of Roosevelt's main concerns.
