Ann has been diagnosed with hypertension and is now worried about her health. Which exercise option would most benefit her?

I'm not certain of what the options are, but hypertension is when one develops a high-blood pressure while exercising, so something like stretching, walking, swimming, and cycling would be beneficial (or anything low in intensity.)
