I know I have the body but of a weak and feeble woman; but I have the heart and stomach of a king, and of a king of England too,
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]
Queen Elizabeth’s purpose in this passage is to rally her troops up and ready them for war, and convince them that she is fit to lead them even though she is a woman and she will fight alongside them to prove it.

How does lady Mcbeth influence Macbeth's decision to murder duncan?
Brums [2.3K]

Answer:

She pressures him, using intense psychological pressure, to commit the murder which otherwise he would never have done. Review Act 1 Scene 7. On his own, Macbeth reaches the decision not to kill Duncan. He says, "We shall proceed no further in this business." Lady M then comes in, and by casting aspersions on his masculinity and other emotional tricks, causes him to make a 180 degree turn in the matter of a few lines. Macbeth is the one who uses the daggers, but Lady Macbeth is 100% the guiding mind and will behind the murder.

Explanation:

I got it from a reliable website.

In the book To Kill a Mockingbird, how does Francis taunt Scout and what happens?
kupik [55]
Here’s the answer if I’m correct. When Francis doesn't get the reaction he wants, he resorts to calling Atticus a "n-lover" for defending Tom Robinson. This is too much for Scout, who responds by punching him in the mouth so hard that she cuts her knuckles on his front teeth. Hope this helps
