What is one of the major problems caused by a high national debt?
Vedmedyk [2.9K]

The fourth alternative is correct (D).

The national debt is an instrument that the Government uses to influence the economy and to launch or withdraw money from circulation through the sale or purchase of government bonds, that is, it is an instrument of economic policy.

<u>Government expenditures with real sectors are considered as primary expenditures, ie, non-financial expense.</u> So the budget balance is not actually affected because of the debt because it is separate.

However, the percentage of spending that is used between the two primary and financial sectors may vary, ie the more financial expense, the lower the percentage in disposition for the actual expenditure.

One exception is when the economy grows a lot. In this case, growth of financial expenses and real expenses can happen at the same time.

Must a copy of a Competent Authority Approval (CAA) accompany a shipment of PE79 that will be shipped to a location in Japan?
Debora [2.8K]

Answer: Yes, a copy of Competent Authority Approval (CAA) or Special Permit by the Department of Transport must be carried during a shipment of PE79.

Explanation:

According to HAZMAT, PE79 is a hazardous material capable of posing threat to human lives and health. The Department of Transportation (DOT) will always classify and investigate goods before it is being imported.

PE79 is classified as a hazardous material by the DOT. It will require proper verification and permits before being shipped anywhere.

Similarly, the receiver on the other end will also scrutinize any such goods that poses threat to human lives. Therefore, they will ask for permits which acknowledge the goods that have been shipped is recognized by a concerned authority.

Under the instructions of the international standard, shipment of hazardous material both by air or maritime needs to follow certain rules before being imported or exported.

Why might a Christian take practical action to relieve suffering
kaheart [24]
Christians are actually required by their religion to relieve the suffering of others. This was among the teachings of Jesus. For example, Jesus said "<span>Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me" - this means that helping those who suffer is something that pleases God, and Christians should do it. </span>

Because hester refuses to leave salem after her public trial, she clearly has issues. her choice to live out her punishment rath
Llana [10]

The best word to replace the “issues” is anxieties. The reasons why she would not just leave the town and escape the situation is due to some reasons which makes her look anxious on some matters. First, she was morally obligated to repay for all the wrong acts she had done in the town where she committed them. For her, it’s but right to serve her punishment on the scene of her guilt. Second, running away would only strengthen the people’s judgment of her on being guilty. Another is, she actually had nowhere to go to when she will decided to just run away. To add to that, these may be good reasons but half of the truth was, she’d also want to stay because of her fondness to stay close to her lover, Dimmesdale.
