Answer: sorry I don't know all of these but i'll answer the ones i do since no one else has yet

1.The tone of the Declaration of Independence is contemplative, confident, and assertive, direct because not lot of figurative language

2.The Declaration of Independence states that independence has become “necessary” and that Americans “should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them

3. Labeling the Americans "one people" and the British "another" was also The Declaration was laden with implication and performed several important strategic functions. It reinforced the notion that breaking the "political bands" with England was a necessary step in the course of human events. America and England were already separated by the basic fact that they had become two different peoples.
