It doesn't say any provisions in the image.

None of them did. WW2 was planned at least since Albert Pike in the mid 1800s.

Oh, I've seen this one before !

A. The guys getting squeezed is the Hungarian Empire.

B. Two provisions of the treaty were that Germany had to pay the Russians a lot of money to help with their revolution and had to send steel to the USA since it had supplied so much stuff for WWI. Germany liked the idea of helping other countries around the world.

C. The USA was able to use the German steel to build a huge army to help it's  Allies in WWII.
