n the code, identify the top five areas that bank employees should focus on to meet the needs of their customers. For each area, list three behaviors or practices employees should demonstrate to keep the bank’s customers satisfied.
Top 5 areas: Appearance, Conduct, Language, Actions, and be respectful.
3 behaviors for appearance: No sagging at work, no offensive clothing, and you must wear work clothing, not casual.
3 behaviors for conduct: Be kind to customers if you want them to tip you, ask them how are they feeling, and say welcome and have a nice day/
3 behaviors for language: no swearing to customers, no swearing at all on work duty, and must be able to be patient with people who don't understand/speak English
3 behaviors for actions: no smoking at all period, no taking pictures and posting on social media that other places are terrible, no being drunk on duty
3 behaviors for respect: must respect people from different cultures, for genders, and sexual orientation.
