Pros:
Very attractive and popular, with lots of jewellery to match an outfit
Can be easily hidden for things like job interviews
Doesn't leave a visible scar if you decide you dislike the piercing

Cons:
Need to clean boogers off the jewellery
May start to smell if you don't clean it often, but of course that's avoidable.
Getting the piercing done might make you sneeze

The pain is apparently unnoticeable. People have said they couldn't feel a thing, so I'd suggest getting it done! Just be very careful that you look after it and clean it regularly, and go to a professional piercer

Then another change of:

= 4 x (1 + 80%)

= 7.2°C

Change is:

= (10 - 7.2) / 10

= 28% decrease

Missing part of question:

How did the temperature change if
