Drink warm water 2 glasses after waking up, 1 glass 30 minutes before a meal, 1 glass before taking a shower, 1 glass before going to bed. Do the bridge exercise in the morning with an empty stomach daily for five minutes, walk for 10 minutes, eat normally, no diets and be happy about your body. The unhealthy part is when you are not happy about your body, eating too much sugar, eating nothing might lead to vomiting, drinking no water can lead to dry throat, dying or getting sick and just remember to have a positive mindset.
