We have:

$|JM|=8;\ |MK|=40;\ |LN|=30$

substitute:

$\dfrac{|JN|}{8}=\dfrac{30}{40}\ \ \ |\cdot8\\\\|JN|=\dfrac{30}{5}\\\\|JN|=6$

Answer: 6
