C - the arc depends on the protagonist having a shift in outlook through an interaction or activity that involves the antagonist, resulting in a different viewpoint than before.. This is the only instance where there is (literally an arc) where emotional change occurs after an event

Additionally, "to fully focus" contains alliteration, which trivialises the serious matter being discussed (safe driving), as it 'poeticises' the statement somewhat.
