The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) is an organization founded in 1964 with the goal of liberating Palestine with armed struggle, with a large number of violent actions against Israeli civilians and Israeli military forces. The document that was adopted during the establishment of PLO is a combat anti-Zionist attitude dedicated to the reconstruction of the Palestinian homeland, and it was emphasized that it has nothing to do with religion. The United States and Israel at the time considered the PLO a terrorist organization. Later, during the 1990s, PLO changed its stance and began to take part in peace negotiations. In this struggle for the liberation of Palestine, the first intifada is included, starting in December 1987.  against the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and the Gaza.
