The answer is no. This is not an example of an unanticipated problem that requires reporting to the IRB.

EXPLANATION

IRB is an organization that is focusing on making sure that the methods and approaches in a study are based on ethics and morals. IRB stands for the Institutional Review Board. This organization is also known as the ethical review board (ERB), research ethics board (REB), or independent ethics committee (IEC).

IRB focuses on the ethical side of the research. Researches and studies have to be approved first by the IRB before they can be conducted. IRB needs to make sure first that the research is ethical, especially if the research involves humans in it. The participants in the research need to be protected and fully guided. They have specific rights as participants, and they should not get any harm.

IRB analyzes risks before the research is being conducted. IRB makes sure that the steps and methods in a study are well thought, with ethics and morals. The research should protect the well-being and rights of the participants in a study.

Many countries have their own review board. IRB is needed in a country because it will help researches in the country to become more ethical. Therefore, there needs to be an IRB in each country to monitor the researches that are conducted.

I believe the answer is: No, this does not need to be reported because it was assessed by the researcher as unrelated to the research study.

uanticiapted problem refers to the unexpected event that happen to the subject which is caused by the subject's involvement with the study. (This usually covers all form of physical harm and psychological damage that occurs because of the method of study or the substance that given to them during the study)

damaskus [11]

Answer: Both canyons and valleys look like deep grooves in the ground surrounded by mountains or cliffs on either sides.
