The poll is most likely biased because it is at a basketball game, and you wouldn't be at a basketball game if you didn't like basketball. If they were to do this at a different sporting event, the answer would probably be different so I think it is biased. The other method they could've done is to ask the entire school.

This poll is unbiased because only the students in the poll are saying that basketball is better. You should have a poll that includes everyone. That should give everyone a opportunity on saying what’s better and will get you a biased answer

Amiraneli [1.4K]

Answer:

59% chance

Step-by-step explanation:

Statistics from the past ten years predict that the chance of rain on any single day in April in Asha’s hometown is 41%. If Asha’s birthday is April 10, what is the chance of it not raining on Asha’s birthday?

Asha's birthday in in April. The chance of rain on any single day in April is 41%. So, there is a 41% chance of rain.

But, that's not what the problem is asking for. The problem is asking for the chance of not raining. To solve for this, we use simple algebra.

100%(all of the time) - 41%(how much it happens) = 59%

The 59% is the chance of it not raining on Asha's birthday.

Hope this helps! Happy birthday, Asha!

Volume of a hemisphere formula?
Allisa [31]
To find the volume of a sphere you use...

V = 4/3 pi r^3

"Hemi-" means half. So we would divide by 2.

V= (4/3 pi r^3) / 2

A circle has the equation 2x2+12x+2y2−16y−150=0.
astra-53 [7]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

hello :

2x²+12x+2y²−16y−150=0

divide by 2 : (x²+6x)+(y²-8y)-75 =0

(x²+6x+9)-9+(y²-8y+16)-16-75 =0

(x+3)²+(y-4)² =10²

The coordinates of the center are (−3,4), and the length of the radius is 10 units.
