I disagree because if he has a criminal record then how do we know we can trust him. Like it says in the paragraph the president bailed him out of jail he didn't serve all f his years in jail. So, think about it how do we know we can trust him if he already has a criminal record.

Answer:

I Disagree

Explanation:

To bribe someone is a serious offense, as is mail fraud and improper use of funds. I view people who steal money away from a noble cause very poorly. Plus, if Hoffa had stayed behind bars, he might still be alive right now. Nixon most likely commuted his sentence because of a political reason that would help Nixon stay in office longer. Since Nixon was later found out to be a criminal, I feel like if he commuted someone, then that person was likely just as bad as him.

PLEASE MARK BRAINLIEST!
