That’s true. If a mind is not well rested it won’t have enough energy to complete the day in a productive way.

Yes I agree. Getting the well amount of sleep each night will lead to many benefits such as, doing better in school, staying awake during class, having their full attention in class without being tired. Now that is just some benefits but getting good sleep can also improve the health of the student and allow for their body to strengthen such as it can help build their immune system so they don’t get sick and miss school days.
