Answer:

Agreeableness

Explanation:

When an employee is psychologically empowered, he does not necessarily become more agreeable. This is mainly dependent on an employee's personality. However, it is very likely that the employee would become more competent. He would also feel that he is able to self-determine his work and his future, and that he has more impact at work. Finally, he would most likely feel like his work provides him with meaning.

What are the advantages of saving
Degger [83]
Saving provides a financial “backstop” for life's uncertainties and increases feelings of security and peace of mind. Once an adequate emergency fund is established, savings can also provide the “seed money” for higher-yielding investments such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds.

What were strengths and weaknesses of the British and Continental armies at the start of the American Revolution?
Novay_Z [31]

I may not list all of them, Strengths: the Continential army was fighting to protect something (which can help with morale) and fighting on their homeland. The British Army was greater in numbers, better trained, and had more money to back them up. Weaknesses: The Continental army was poorly trained, had few funds, and was not well supported by their government. The British army was tired, harder to feed (because of the size), and it took longer to get them resources (their homeland was across the ocean).
