When an employee is psychologically empowered, he does not necessarily become more agreeable. This is mainly dependent on an employee's personality. However, it is very likely that the employee would become more competent. He would also feel that he is able to self-determine his work and his future, and that he has more impact at work. Finally, he would most likely feel like his work provides him with meaning.
