G(x) = 0 can never happen.

When x is 0, the answer is 4
When x is 1, the answer is 19.6
When x is 4, the answer is 66.4

According to Wolfram Alpha though, x is equal to -(10/39). If that's not a choice for you, don't worry about it. :)

Since we have given that

Here, n = 9 which is odd

So, Mean would be

\dfrac{1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9}{9}=\dfrac{45}{9}=5

Median = (\dfrac{n+1}{2})^{th}=\dfrac{9+1}{2}=5^{th}=5

If 9 is replaced by 99,

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,99

So, mean would be

\dfrac{1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+99}{9}=\dfrac{135}{9}=15

Median would be same as before i.e. 5

The mean is neither central nor typical for the data due to outlier i.e. 99

Well not sure what you are asking, but If it is what I think it is, it would go like this:

Then the answer should be 

9^4 since we multiply the exponents. 

If you mean this...

3^2....It would be same as 3 x 3 which we should know is equal to nine.
