-3/4 x 2/9 = 6/36 ( because 3x2 and 4x9 ) when you simplify 6/36 its 1/6 because (6 can divided by itself which equals one and 36 can also be divided by 6) hope this helped :)) basically in the simpliest form your answer is 1/6

so you would do -3          2              -6

                          -----  ×  -----    =     -----

                           4          9               36
