1) people at the local shopping are all going to share the majority of their interests because they're all at the same place. 2) is the correct answer because it is the most random group of people giving the poll a unbiased sample. 3) most friends are going to be similar in there interests (which is why they are friends) so the poll would be unfair 4) again, these people are not random as they are people with similar interests. 2 or b is the most logical answer Hope I helped!

1) local shopping mall

This is most relevant to spending habits. This would be where people would be spending money on a lot of different things and where their spending habits would show. It'd make the most sense to survey people there.

The relationship between the number of hours a plumber works and the total work fee
Lynna [10]

Answer:

ANSWERS ARE B, C, AND D.

Step-by-step explanation:

I found the unit rate of 350 and 5, because we can use a calculator (as stated on top) I just punched in 350 divided by 5 and got 70. Now i know this may not sound that "professional", but nothing needs to always be professional as long as its efficient and most importantly gets you the right answer. I then took the time to multiply each number, (the ones on the left : 3, 3.5, 6, 7.25, and 8) by 70. If the answer you got on the calculator match up to the number on the right, (240, 420, 507.50, and 490) its correct, if it doesn't match up, you can tell that its most likely not the answer. You should end up with three answers that all end up having the unit rate of 70. Hope this helps anyone who needed it.

at 3 weeks old, a corn is 4 inches tall and at 15 weeks it is 44 inches tall. calculate the rate of change.
pochemuha

Answer:

Im not a hundred percent sure if this is the right answer but im pretty sure it is 3.33333 repeated so the rate of change is 3 inches per week.

Step-by-step explanation:

I calculated the problem by subtracting the weeks from each other subtracting the amount of length corn has grown too. I found that the corn grew 40 inches in 12 weeks. So I divided the amount of weeks and the amount it has grown and it gave me 3.333333 repeated which makes the answer 3 inches per week. correct me if im wrong...

Hope this helps:)
