In my opinion voting is the most important responsibility of citizens because the person that is elected makes decisions for the community including you ,people's children,and everybody else so you half to be able to trust that person
Citizens can participate in the election process by voting for what canidate they think should win. Citizens can also make donations to a canidate to help pay for different things they might need for the election

Well, a negro really doesn't have a "security" to his property or person. remember that the whites are like "the supreme", heck if the negros house burn down or someone burn it down, I don't think the whites will give the negro a fair trial even if its done by a white, cuz its never fair at that time. the white allows the negros to have these things but it doesn't mean they have full "security" of it.
