When a friend has an eating disorder, it’s important to be there for them. But it’s important to avoid triggering sayings as “you don’t look like you have one” or “just eat something/just don’t binge”. Although having a Friend with any illness or disorder can be tough, it’s important to note that they are still your friend. If it’s undiagnosed and you think they need help, it’s important to tell someone older or encourage he/she to seek treatment
