"The Victims," a poem by Sharon Old, tells the story of a couple that has divorced and how hard it is after the divorce when the wife takes some of your belongings and the child of the two divorced parents living through that divorce. The story is in a relatively angry mood since the dad has been fired from his job. It then shows the mom and the child taking some of their and the husbands belongings and leaving him.
Confessional poetry means a personal poetry about things happening in the persons life and since the author is telling about divorce the answer should be true.
