What makes an action good?

The thing that makes a action good is the impacts of the action? Did it help someone in any way? Did they smile because of it? Would you want the same thing to happen to you? If it spreads positivity and kindness then the action is definitely positive and just because some impacts of a action are negative doesn’t make it negative if they are positive impacts to the action aswell. The intention of an action is often not distinguished from its motive.In what follows, I will show that it is not only motives (and intentions) that make actions morally good or bad. Actions can be morally bad (to a certain extent) even if their motives are good. A good action can never be defined as a certain good as there is always some bad. But thinking, good would be something that effects something to make it better. Or a good action is something that’s come from heart. Hope this helped. Sorry if it was confusing ;)
