7 0

Answer:

6

Step-by-step explanation:

You can use Ruffini's rule to divide x^3 − 7x^2 − 18^x + 42 by x + 3 as follows :

   | 1   -7   -18   | 42

-3 |     -3    30  | -36

--------------------------

   | 1   -10   12   |  6

Then (x^3 − 7x^2 − 18^x + 42) : (x + 3) = (x^2 - 10x +12)*(x + 3) + 6

Tenemos un rectángulo cuya área es (15n + 9nx) cm 2 y su base mide (3n) cm. Existe también un cuadrado con la misma altura del r
lana66690 [7]

Answer:

El área original del cuadrado es 34225 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Los parámetros dados son;

Del área original del cuadrado - 9·x² cm² = 1825 cm², tenemos;

9·x² + 30·x + 25 - 9·x² = 1825

30·x + 25 = 1825

30·x = 1825 - 25 = 1800

x = 1800/30 = 60

x = 60

El área original del cuadrado - 9·x² cm² = 1825 cm²

El área original del cuadrado = 1825 cm² + 9·x² cm² = 1825 cm² + 9 × 60² cm² = 34225 cm²

El área original del cuadrado también se puede encontrar de la siguiente manera;

El área original del cuadrado = (5 + 3 × 60) × (5 + 3 × 60) = 34225 cm²

El área original del cuadrado = 34225 cm².

Yemi is 5 years older than kunle.The product of their ages is 750. How old is kunle.
Alex

Answer:

Kunie is 25

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's make Yemi's age y, and Kunie's age k.

Because Yemi is 5 years older that Kunie, k + 5 = y.

Because the product of their ages is 750, k * y = 750.

With substitution, we can determine that k * (k + 5) = 750.

Then with distributive property we can simplify the equation to get k^2 + 5k = 750.

Then we bring all the terms to one side of the equation to get k^2 + 5k - 750 = 0.

Then with quadratics, we can factor the equation to get (k + 30)(k - 25)=0.

Thus, either k + 30 must equal 0, or k - 25 must equal 0.  Thus, k must equal 25 or -30, and because someone cannot be -30 years old, k = 25.

Then, because Yemi is 5 years older than Kunie, y = 30.

Hope it helps <3

Find the diameter and of each circle. A) circumference = 118mm B) circumference = 1m
kotegsom [21]
Okay so the formula for circumference is

C=(pi)(D)
or
C=(pi)(2)(r)

But since they gave us the diameter we are gonna have to use the first formula.

Now I don’t know if they want u to use 3.14 for pi or the actual number, so i’m gonna assume we are using the actual formula.

So the formula to be able to find the diameter of circle A is going to be:
118/pi.
So put that into your calculator and you get 37.5605mm or 37.56mm.
It depends on what place your instructor wants you to round to.

The formula for circle B is going to be:
1/pi.
So let us put that into our calculator and you get 0.318309mm etc. Or just 0.3183.

I believe that I am correct but if i’m not please correct me.
