Huey Pierce Long Jr who served to be the governor of Louisiana was famous for criticizing New deal Policies of president Roosevelt. He raised a criticism that the new deal policies did not resolve the issues of the poor and it is no way successful. He said that the New deal program did not tackle the great depression in an effective manner too.

Explanation:

Instead of New deal, Long introduced Share of wealth. long was so  outspoken that his unpopularity let him to be surrounded by the guards to protect him all the time. He had his own police force which worked to safeguard his life. He was known to be the king fish.

Long revealed that he would confiscate any personal opportunity and try to collect three million dollars with which he would increase the status of american household by giving each a car and a house, old age pensions and cheap food and free education to America.

However he had been assassinated by one of his body guard who missed the target of his gun shot from the actual killer to Mr. Long. It was observed that Long would have been a dictator, if he would have contested the elections and Roosevelt quoted him that he was the 'dangerous man of America'.
