Those people who are addicted to drugs have difficulty to abstain from it because these drugs created an addictive pleasure to the body which makes them crave for it. If the urge is not satisfied, drug users often suffer from withdrawal symptoms. This is the time that they need outside help, that's why they need to undergo rehabilitation.
