The case of Brown vs. Board of Education ruling by the Supreme Court in a unanimous ruling held that the board had violated the FOURTEENTH Amendment of the civil rights act. This judgment was delivered in by Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren in May 1954 in the United State of American.

This act talks out the equal right of all American citizens either by birth or naturalization the school systems which prevent segregation of public from the other base on color or race. The interest of black Americans was evidence of this act so as to stop the slavery mentality.
