Doctors Without Borders is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization that provides medical aid where it is needed most (ex. countries in conflict zones or affected by endemic diseases.) It was created in 1971 and has treated tens of millions of people since then and most of its staff consists of volunteers
They believed the land was rightfully theirs and that they had to conquer it, so they passed policies that could allow them to spread out among the nation and gather more land for the United States.
