In the cell, organelles such as nucleus, mitochondria and chloroplast have their DNA. Organelles are film bound sub units inside a cell that is similar to organs in the body which performs explicit capacities. The nucleus is the control focus of the cell, and houses hereditary data.

The mitochondria are involved in respiration process and they are involved in production of ATP which acts as energy currency of the cell and chloroplasts also has its own genetic material due to it important function. So among the four options given in the question, ribosome lacks DNA.
