Many people believe that if they are arrested and not "read their rights," they can escape punishment. Not true. But if the police fail to read a suspect his or her Miranda rights, the prosecutor can't use for most purposes anything the suspect says as evidence against the suspect at trial.

So, people may live in harmony. To accomplish so, one must know what to do based on their function. Policemen protect the peace, instructors guide and educate pupils, merchants trade, physicians treat ailments, and presidents govern and care for everyone.

In this case, the Supreme Court has to rule against Niskayuna High School. The reason for this is because the high school did not respect Goode's beliefs and practices when it came to religion. According to the summary, Goode had lost a Harvard scholarship just because of practicing religion. The high school does not have the right to take anything away from the student; therefore, the Supreme Court has to force the Highschool to pay for Goode's Harvard tuition.
