The correct answer is 4.

Vladimir [108]

Answer:

The correct answer would be C, To help speakers stay on topic.

Explanation:

When a formal discussion is held, there are many experts who have their own set of ideas and who have vast knowledge in their respective fields. So if they are asked to take part in the discussion, they can move the discussion to some other direction. So to avoid such problems, it is necessary to make rules and guideline before starting a formal discussion so that the speakers stay on the topic and don't move towards the other topics. In this way the time will be managed efficiently and people can get the best out of the useful discussion on the proposed topic.

How does the need for energy most contribute to environmental challenges?
Bad White [126]
The need for energy is something that is difficult to balance with the various environmental challenges. The burning of coal for electricity creates significant amounts of pollution and carbon dioxide, a green house gas. The use of other fuels like gasoline and diesel to power trucks and cars also causes pollution and carbon dioxide. The traditional fuels like coal and oil and gas, in the production of energy, also produce pollution. There are cleaner uses of these fuels, but the fuels remain the same and in the process of combustion or burning the fuel for energy, will always have some form of environmentally harming effects.

How have industrial carbon energy systems transformed natural landscapes and generated mass political movements over the last 20
Gnoma [55]
The need for carbon had changed landscapes. In the 1800s, coal and oil became one of the main sources of energy. Coal makes the steam engine work and run a train. A lot of trees were cut down to provide for this energy even lands were destroyed to find oil. This made industries prosper, but also transformed landscapes as well. People got employed because of the need for this industrialization.

Industries demanded more from the people to gain capital and work outputs. It resulted in higher tariffs, longer hours of work and children employment. These problems raised the mass movements in the 19th century.

Until now there are still movements that oppose industries that have poor carbon management inefficiencies that rapidly causes global warming.

Today have existing countries have existing organizations that try to discover ways to manage, study, plan and implement reduction carbon emissions.
