No person except a native-born citizen, or a resident of the United States, at the moment of the enactment of this Law, shall be acceptable to the position of President; neither shall any person be acceptable to that office who shall not have accomplished to the life of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a citizen within the United States.No person shall be selected to the office of the President further than twice, and nobody who has held the position of President, or served as President, for more than two years of a time to which any other person was elected President shall be selected to the office of the President more than once.
