Answer:

First Angle = 45°

Second Angle = 30°

Third Angle = 105°

Step-by-step explanation:

First angle + 2(Second angle ) = Third Angle

4(second angle) = Third Angle + 15°

or, Third angle = 4(second angle)  - 15° ...(1)

⇒First angle + 2(Second angle )  = 4(second angle)  -  15°

or, First angle  = 2(second angle)  -  15° ... (2)

Now by ANGLE SUM PROPERTY of a triangle:

First angle+ Second angle + Third Angle  = 180°

Now, putting the values of (1) , (2) in above expression,

{2(Second angle)  -  15° } +  Second angle +{ 4(second angle)  - 15°} = 180°

is the required equation.

or, 7(Second angle) - 30° = 180°

or, 7(Second angle)  =   30° +   180°  =  210°

⇒ Second angle = 210°/ 7  = 30°

Now, First angle  = 2(second angle)  -  15°

                              = (2 x 30°)  - 15°  = 45°

and, Third angle = 4(second angle)  - 15°

                            = 4 x 30°  - 15°  =  120 - 15°  = 105°

A student thinks the sum of 4.3 and 8.4 is 12.7 because 4+8 is 12 and 3+4 is 7. The student then adds 3.7 and 2.6, then gets 5.1
8_murik_8 [283]
The mistake the student made in the second procedure is she tried to solve 3.7+2.6 the same way she solved 4.3+8.4, which that way doesn't always work. You have to understand how decimals work when it comes to adding them. The right way to solve 3.7+2.6 and be sure you are accurate is to line the numbers up. Then add the numbers behind the decimal which is 7+6. That equals 13. So you would out your 3 and carry your 1 over to the number in front of the decimal. So 3+2=5, plus the additional one you had to carry. Your final answer would be 6.3

mr. Patel travelled from Delhi to Mumbai by road in his car. a). If he travelled in his car 770 km over 22 days, then how many k
Bumek [7]

Answer:

a. 35 Kilometres.

b. 60 litres.

c. 8150 sweets.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the following data;

  • Distance traveled = 770 km
  • Number of days = 22 days

a. To find how many kilometres he traveled in one day;

770 km = 22 days

X km = 1 day

Cross-multiplying, we have;

22X = 770

X = 770/22

X = 35 Kilometres.

b. To find how many litres he would need to go 840 km;

1 litre = 14 kilometres

X litres = 840

Cross-multiplying, we have;

14X = 840

X = 840/14

X = 60 litres.

c. To find how many sweets are there in his car;

Number of sweet box, Ns = 326 boxes

Number of sweets in each box, Sw = 25 sweets

Total number of sweets = Ns * Sw

Total number of sweets = 326 * 25

Total number of sweets = 8150 sweets.
