Well, as already pointed out, you add the volumes of both, the cylinder and the cone

notice the picture below

so.. now, we know the height of the cone, is about 7.26

thus  \bf \textit{volume of a cylinder}\\\\
V=\pi r^2 h\qquad
\begin{cases}
r=radius\\
h=height\\
-------\\
r=1\\
h=12.07
\end{cases}\implies V=\pi (1)^2 \cdot 12.07
\\\\\\
\textit{volume of a cone}\\\\
V=\cfrac{\pi r^2 h}{3}\qquad
\begin{cases}
r=radius\\
h=height\\
-------\\
r=9.3\\
h\approx 7.26
\end{cases}\implies V=\cfrac{\pi (9.3)^2\cdot 7.26}{3}

How do you do this? It's so confusing! Please help!

Check the picture below.

notice AB ⟂ BC , whilst ∡B = 30°.

now, if we run a perpendicular line from C to AB, it'll be a 90° angle at M, however ∡AMC has to be 105°, so it has to be slanted more towards A, like in the picture, and surely you already know which one is the shortest.
