Dalila could advice Mrs. Cortez to eat a cup of berries (blue or rasp) daily for at least 8 weeks in order to see the results. She could also add that berries can be mixed with yoghurt, cereals, milk or combined with many other fruits or even vegetables.

Blueberries contain antioxidants called anthocyanins that help keep memory sharp as aging and raspberries are composed of ellagic acid, which is a compound that may apparently help to prevent cancer.

Berries have been proven to be good for the heart and the bones, prevent diabetes, macular degeneration, urinary tract infections, and even Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Also they contain a lot of fibre, which can help to fight overweight, plus folate (vitamin B) which helps curing states of depression.

Aside from all of these reasons, they can be frozen and still maintain all of their properties.

Plus, they are a delicious snack that can be consumed any time of the day :)
