The women’s movement experienced

The campaign of women for their ability to vote began decades before the Civil
War. After the World War I, women activists emphasized the ability of women to
contribute to the war effort. This helped them point out that women are just as
equally capable as men.
It is a legal concept that the state has the right to repeal, or nullify, any union law that the state treats as unconstitutional in relation to the Constitution of the United States.
