The signatories of the Manhattan Declaration believes in the sanctity of life as a profound and inherent dignity of every human.

Explanation:

The signatories of the Manhattan Declaration believes in the sanctity of life as a profound and inherent dignity of every human. They argue that every life on earth has value and purpose. Everyone was made in the image of God and is, therefore, entitled to every rights of life and dignity.

To keep the true values of Christian, they vowed to make sure that every individual enjoys life with full contentment and dignity without any discrimination or deprivation.

They believe that funding for embryo research and pro-abortion activities are threatening the dignity of life of many unborn babies. Likewise, other events such as ethnic cleaning, human trafficking, exploitation, discrimination, etc are all making the lives of humans at stake.

Why do state crimes go unreported
Kruka [31]

Answer:

States usually create the laws of their countries and governments can break their own laws. This led Penny Green and Tony Ward in 2005 to define state crime as "illegal or deviant activity perpetrated by or with the complicity of state agencies". The genocide in Rwanda is an example.

Human rights are the challenge of changing norms and values. Wanting to apply Western standards to all societies would be a difficult argument for many individuals. It does not seem acceptable to argue that women should have fewer rights in Saudi Arabia than in the United Kingdom.

State crimes are not reported because states and the government do not always share the same values and norms.
