Franklin Roosevelt launch new programs during his first hundred days in office to help people immediately and provide them with jobs.

Further Explanations:

President Franklin D Roosevelt resided to the office for four terms from 1933 to 1945. Being a Democratic, he soon gained the fame of prominence in American Politics. His projects like the “New Deal program” and several other ventures during 1936, regulated the financial stability of the nation and proved themselves quite effective. The reforms were introduced in contrary to the Great Depression and laid weight on the protection of the banking system so to boost and assist the industrial sector.

The New Deal introduced by him altered the federal government’s role as it increased the responsibilities of the government and intended that the citizens should allow interpose of the government in the economy. His programs and intentions were quite effective as it provided jobs to numerous citizens and balanced their economical condition. It also created a political alignment with its basic liberal ideas.

The correct answer is to help people immediately and provide them with jobs.

The reasoning behind President Franklin D. Roosevelt's actions was the Great Depression. When FDR took office, the US was in the worse economic depression in US history. Nearly 25% of Americans were out of work thanks to different events such as the Stock Market Crash of 1929 and the failure of thousands of businesses. When taking office, FDR knew he needed to act quickly in order to help Americans survive these hard economic times. That is why he created several different federal agencies under his "New Deal" plan. These agencies created hundreds of thousands of jobs over the course of a decade and helped America recover from the economic depression.
