Anorexia is when one refuses to eat or eats as little as possible in order to maintain their ideal body, which is usually extremely underweight. Bulimia, takes two forms, that are similar. One is more commonly known as 'binging and purging', which means one will eat normally or excessively before throwing it all up to ensure that none is digested. The other is that the person will force themselves to throw up after even the smallest of food consumption. Both of these are serious, harmful mental health problems, and if you or anybody you know is going through these, seek medical attention immediately.
