This is an example of results  type of criteria.

<h3><u>Explanation:</u></h3>

Result oriented companies have focus on the turnover and the profit that is achieved by an organisation. It highly focuses on the end result rather than focusing on how the process is carried out within an organisation. It will not take care of how the processes are completed, how intensely the labours are working, etc.

The main need of such organisations will be the end result and the profit that is received h an organisation. In the given scenario, the company NME has problems in turnover because of the behaviour of the supervisor. Some training is given to the supervisor and the organisation again checks its turnover. Hence this is an example of results type of criteria.
