In order to address the issue, it is best for Kwan to talk privately with Liz. The talk should be made in order to make Liz aware of Kwan's and other members of the team's concerns because it might be possible that Liz is acting that way because she is unaware of the impacts that her actions might have to the other members. In this manner, it is up for Liz to correct her actions. Furthermore, Kwan may also set some rules during the assembly in order to generally address the issue not just to Liz but also to other members.
