I think school plays a major role in socialization! Without school I would probably only talk to online people from Youtube and Pinterest... which i actually do anyway. But it works for other people! You can make friendships in school that last your whole life! ...just not for me bc my best friend is my bookshelf.. :D jk though it's where lts of people meet people they will know for the rest of their lives. Is this the answer you were looking for, or was it supposed to be a specific thing?

Olenka [21]

Answer:

Explanation:

Amanda is aware that if her class performs well, she will be nominated for the award that is received by the teacher whose class scores the highest in the state. This scenario is reflective of the assumptions of the expectancy theory. The expectancy theory was proposed by Victor Vroom in 1964. This theory states that the motivation of an employee is determined by the expectancy that better efforts will lead to the expected performance, and this will be followed by the nomination to the award. The stress is put on the expected outcome of the effort.
